Serving the I-5 Corridor from Seattle to Eugene, specifically SW Washington, the greater Portland metro area and the Willamette Valley Lifetime Exteriors was established in SE Vancouver, WA in 2009 right after the recession hit its hardest. Though tough times for all construction companies we found ourselves starting off with some very small jobs for not a lot of money as people still needed home repairs and since we were starting off smaller we were able to get the job done.

Starting with 2 guys in our houses we set out to do the best job possible since so many companies had just gone out of business. After the first year of performing quality workmanship at a reasonable price while offering a lifetime warranty we began to grow rapidly. By 2011 we found ourselves in a small neighborhood in SW Portland that had some serious construction defects and realized that this was a systemic problem in the region.

After a couple more years of networking with multiple attorney firms, building consultants, HOA boards and communities we found ourselves repairing poor construction from defective builder’s houses, condominiums, townhomes, hotels, apartments, and mixed-use buildings.
